- Advance payment is to be made by the franchisee.
- Dollar rates are subject to be changed according to the current national bank TT exchange rate.
- Payment to the contractor will be made directly by the franchisee for renovation.
- Few items are to be bought by the franchisee, e.g; cameras, DVR, computer, router and few small items.
- Furniture which is installed in the other store will be provided by the franchiser, in case of extra FFA, you have to pay the franchiser separately.
- Initial stock and first batch of goods will be delivered on 47% Margin.
- Renovation (tiles, ceiling, wiring, alucobond, shutter, glass) of franchise is the responsibility of franchisee.

What’s the franchising process?
To start, please fill out the Apply for franchise form. A member of our franchising team will follow up with you and guide you through the rest of the process. This includes the completion of the franchise application form. Upon approval of your application and your financial information by the Franchisor, you will be provided with a Franchise Agreement. Franchisees have a minimum of 14 days to review this document and are then expected to sign a Franchise Agreement and pay the Franchise Fee.
